**Contract to Hire


What you will be doing as the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Review and code invoices and obtain approval
  • Input vendor invoices
  • Perform weekly check run
  • Maintain ACH file and initiate payments
  • Work with management and vendors with inquiries
  • Update and maintain vendor database
  • Maintain files


What you need as the Accounts Payable Specialist:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent accounting experience
  • 1+ year in accounting
  • Strong work ethic and detail oriented
  • Problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of GAAP/GL
  • Experience with Excel
  • Experience with AS400 is a plus
