Accounts Payable experience.
Initiative to go out and get information.
1-2 years’ experience, more is better.
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.
Construction is nice to have but not required.
Excel is required.
Detail oriented.
3 way invoice matching.
What You’ll Do
Job Responsibilities:
Permitting, Surveying and Design Teams will be sending in invoices.
3-way matching for Accounts Payable.
Looking at jobs, comparing rate codes and amounts and making sure things match, then releasing for payment.
