The Accounts Payable Assistant is a supporting accounting position with a focus on accounts payable, data entry and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include:
The Accounts Payable Assistant is a supporting accounting position with a focus on accounts payable, data entry and administrative duties. Primary responsibilities include:
- Obtaining and entering utility invoices into the Company’s accounting system
- Obtaining and distributing Home Depot invoices to properties for entry
- Entering monthly vendor invoices
- Miscellaneous data entry
- Printing and mailing move out statements
- Assist Senior Accountants, Controller, and CFO with accounting functions or other tasks as necessary and time permitting
