Accounts Payable Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage purchase orders
• Handle the entire Accounts Payable process, from receiving invoices to payment
• Ensure accurate charging of invoices to the appropriate General Ledger accounts
• Manage high volumes of invoices from multiple locations
• Perform basic math calculations as needed for accounting duties

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting-related position
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (preferred)
• Proficient in handling purchase orders and the full Accounts Payable process
• Basic understanding of General Ledger accounts
• Ability to manage high volumes of invoices efficiently
• Possess sufficient math skills for required accounting tasks
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
