Accounts Payable Analyst

LHH is working on behalf of a client in the non-profit space who is looking to add an Accounts Payable Analyst to their team on a 3+ month contract basis. This opportunity will be on a hybrid basis in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities:

- Processing invoices and payments

- Managing complex coding

- Reconciling vendor statements

- Preparing and posting journal entries, including accruals and reclassifications

- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies

- Reconciling annual audit schedules

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field preferred

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups

- Prior industry experience is a plus!

Compensation: $25 - $35/hr, depending on experience.
