Job Description

SCOPE AND PURPOSE:

To work with Manager in the general administration of the property and perform all related management functions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to the following, as other duties may be assigned

  • Enter all daily activity into computer (rentals, move-in/outs, notices to vacate, cancellations, etc.)
  • Post monies and make deposits daily
  • Process security deposits
  • Generate daily activity reports for all office personnel
  • Assist residents with problems and complaints
  • Review all rental files for accuracy
  • Generate rental increase and renewal letters
  • Process any and all invoices
