We are looking for a qualified Accounting Specialist to assist with the our account management system.
This is a Temporary Remote Position
Smart Inc is a Quality Attraction Services company. We provide skilled technicians and turn-key project solutions for maintenance, installations, and modifications. We are in need of a front desk receptionist/administrative who has a strong customer service background, superb phone skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
Years ERP software implementation experience (preferred experience with Acumatica)
Software presentation and demonstration experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
You are organized and analytical, and able to eliminate implementation obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches
You can read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information
Preferred with experience in the contsruction module.
Responsibilities
Assisting with up-front implementation of our new Accounting System (Maximizing efficacy of configuration, installing/provisioning plug-ins, etc.), managing ongoing setup/augmentation of new accounts
Answering challenging application questions, tracking issues that arise during the implementation process and resolving or escalating problems that may arise
Analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements for data, workflow, logical processes and ideal interface between program and plug-ins
Assisting with the development and implementation of new or improved service delivery strategies and initiatives
Benefits
