What You'll Do:

• Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, & financial reporting and ensure completion within budget and on schedule.
• Lead development and management of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Serve as financial advisor to various business units, helping to drive performance and growth.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and analyses to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for financial performance.
• Support month-end close process including reconciliations and financial analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to corporate accounting and finance staff, fostering their professional development and growth within our organization.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 4+ years’ progressive corporate accounting & finance experience; public accounting highly desired
• Deep understanding of accounting principles with ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in Excel, with experience in building financial models and performing data analysis
