Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial performance, assess key metrics, and aniticpate potential outcomes
• Foster an environment of constant growth and cross-functional collaboration
• Establish relationships with senior management and communicate effectively with the team
• Manage cash flow, handle financial analysis, and influence cost optimization strategies
• Determine and establish best practices to ensure compliance across the locations
• Training and development across the teams
• Manage company cash flow and conduct finacial analysis
• Mitigate potential financial risks, execute internal audits and establish internal controls.
• Provide accurate compliance procedures surrounding GAAP & IFRS principals
• Knowledge of Industry standards, regulations and tax laws

Qualifications:

• CPA Background and strong accounting experience
• Problem solving capabilities
• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP & IFRS)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel & accounting software (SAP, Quickbooks, & etc.)
• Travel friendly - need to spend time across the business
• Driver's License
• Bachelor's Degree
