Accounting Manager

Our client is a globally recognized leader in networking solutions. They are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee their daily activities. This role involves collaborating across departments to enhance financial processes, audit compliance, and revenue optimization.

Focus:

• Facilitate the creation and revision of financial documentation, aligning with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Spearhead initiatives to streamline bookkeeping and auditing practices, enhancing financial accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective financial management of projects, from initiation to completion.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
• Lead efforts to improve accounts receivable processes, enhancing cash flow and customer payment systems.
• Implement and refine billing procedures to optimize revenue streams across new and existing service lines.
• Engage in the continuous improvement of accounting software and systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Contribute to the development and execution of the annual budget, adjusting forecasts as necessary.

Skill Set:

• 5+ years of accounting experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in bookkeeping software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
• Demonstrated capability in handling complex financial audits and reporting.
• Exceptional teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP and SAP.
• Proficiency in the Russian language.
• CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
