Accounting Manager

Hours and Benefits for the Accounting Manager:

• Monday - Friday, 7 am-4 pm

Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:

• Maintain general ledger and journal entries
• Reconcile and audit credit card statements, expense reports
• Collaborate with the team regarding customer credit reports and decisions
• Prepare purchase orders and reconcile inventory balances
• Assist with payroll for US and Canadian employees, including commission calculations
• Complete financial reporting every month
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting

Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

• B.S in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including financial reporting & payroll experience
• Experience with MS office, especially Excel
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to be a self-starter
