***Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range [$55/hr- $59/hr]. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.***

Job Description:
Responsible for managing the general accounting function.
Oversees the completion of ledger accounts and financial statements.
Evaluates and makes appropriate improvements to internal accounting processes ensuring that practices are in line with the overall goals of the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
Designation of CPA may be required.
Requires a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting (a must) and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures including strong knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.
Workday experience is a plus.
