Proficiency in Accounting software such as Shelby or equivalent, and spreadsheet applications, including Microsoft Excel.
Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience.
Valid driver's license and no-fault insurance.
Essential Functions
Document and code all Accounts Payable entries, ensuring compliance with TSA policy.
Analyze Accounts Payable and bill customers accurately.
Assist in preparing deposit slips and making deposits.
Input cash receipts.
Maintain filing systems for postings, journals, and original documents.
Ensure timely completion and submission of reports to contracting agencies.
Maintain and update government contracts.
Ensure current State Tax clearances and Certificates of Insurance are on file.
Disburse and replenish petty cash.
Assist in processing purchase orders and check requests, ensuring all necessary backups are attached.
Attend staff meetings, trainings, conferences, and workshops as required.
Travel off-island as necessary.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Fiscal Manager and FIS Administration.
