Position Description:
Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements and maintaining data within the financial/accounting system.
Processes and codes billing and payroll.
Maintains filing system for payroll documents in compliance with record retention policy.
Prepares and verifies financial reports, performs general bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Perform account analysis and reconciliation
Required:
1-2 years of Accounting Clerk / Payroll experience
1-2 years of Oil and Gas experience preferred
Experience with Financial software, attention to detail and PC proficiency.
Position Details:Pay Rate: $25/hr - $27/hr
Hours: Monday - Friday (8 hr days)
