Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with general accounts payable tasks and projects as assigned
  • Supervise email inboxes for assigned tasks
  • Review invoices: input key financial information such as purchase order, project ID, prepaid expense classification, and accounting date
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Closely coordinate with the Purchasing team to clear PO match exceptions

Job Requirements

  • 3 years of AP experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Adaptable
  • Workday experience (financials/AP)
  • Familiarity with MS Outlook, Excel and Google Sheet
  • Seniority level
