The Accounting Clerk processes a high volume of data pertaining to receiving, storing, and shipping of grain for all company locations. Maintaining and manage customer orders, correspondence and contracts.
Duties of the Accounting Clerk
Maintain current and up to date daily invoicing, applying incoming cash and processing
Accounts Payable; Process freight settlements accurately and in a timely manner
Resolve discrepancies on accounting records between customers and the company
Collaborate with accounting, and customers to accurately maintain customer accounts
Provide timely turnaround of payments and invoices to many customers
Reconcile shipments, receipts, payments, and contract balances
Requirements of the Accounting Clerk
Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and/or
2 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced, office setting environment
