Job Summary:
Role will revolve around receiving AP related bills/expenses from location managers and entering that data into the appropriate accounting software. (i.e. Bill.com & Tallie)
Key Responsibilities:
Invoices/Bills – Review, submit, and approve invoices through com
Tallie – Review and approve credit card expenses submitted through Tallie
Statements – Compare statements received from vendors to their corresponding vendor accounts in com to ensure all bills have been received
Work Schedule & Location:
Tuesday-Thursday
Tuesday and Wednesday required
Hours are flexible
3rd day (Thursday) can be changed to a different day
~20 hours per week
Remote (hybrid available if based in Chicago)
Qualifications:
Data entry and/or bookkeeping experience preferred
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work successfully in a remote working environment
Total Rewards Package:
Hourly rate- Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
Cell phone reimbursement- $30/month
