Accounting Analyst

We are looking for an Accounting Analyst who will be mainly responsible for financial aspect of the ERP for the U.S. This individual will report directly to the CFO and be heavily involved in the department. Below are some of the responsibilities of the position. It's possible that the scope continue to increase based on skill and performance. This individual will not have direct reports but work closely with the accounting team.

  • Support Data Cleansing and reconciliation of data across different systems or entities
  • Perform and/or coordinate data validation
  • Prepare and/or update operating procedures and other documentation needed to support data migration
  • Adherence to defined timelines and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Provide suggestions to streamline the extraction of data and data migration
  • Maintain and organize multiple excel spreadsheets to ensure data integrity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems.
  • Make database configurations as needed to support appropriate financial information.
  • Support data cleansing and reconciliation of data across ERP and financial system.
  • Perform and/or coordinate data validation.
  • Prepare and/or update operating procedures and other documentation needed to support data migration.
  • Adhere to defined timelines and meet tight deadlines
  • Provide suggestions to streamline the extraction of data and data migration.
  • Assist senior financial officers as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting field and ERP systems required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Solid knowledge of Excel (V-Lookups & Pivot tables).
  • Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good analytical ability.
  • Experience in accounts Payable and receivable.
  • Experience with accounting software and online platforms.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates flexibility to accommodate work demands, Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Confident and reliable with strong initiative, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
