This position is based in Littleton, CO, with remote work options on Wednesdays. The salary range is $72,000 - $87,000 annually. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide work sponsorship for this role.
Role Overview: Onboarding and Implementation Accountant
As an Onboarding and Implementation Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the seamless transition to our Back Office Accounting Software. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing the integration of clients' financial books into our platform, advocating for best practices in financial management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and GAAP. This role demands a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to financial accuracy and exceptional communication skills. Your Impact
Manage and execute the integration of clients' financial records into Back Office Accounting Software.
Lead discussions on financial layout structures and controls, offering industry expertise and guidance.
Uphold knowledge of industry standards, accounting principles, and software solutions to educate clients and team members.
Exercise judgment in rejecting client requests that do not align with industry best practices and GAAP.
Foster collaboration within the onboarding team to ensure a smooth client experience.
Conduct thorough Balance Sheet reviews to identify and rectify financial inaccuracies, providing educational opportunities for improved accuracy.
Cultivate personalized client relationships, emphasizing individual engagement and support.
Advocate platform value across the organization, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and enhancing clients' profitability.
Collaborate with the Accounting Success Manager to develop new policies, procedures, and best practices as needed.
Provide exceptional service through various channels, including telephone, chat, and online platforms.
