Position Overview
Join our team in a role where you'll work part-time (25-30 hours per week) during traditional daytime business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST). If you thrive on building client relationships and enjoy leveraging your accounting expertise from the comfort of your home office, this opportunity is for you.
What You'll Do
Client Engagement: Provide exceptional accounting and operational services, ensuring client delight through timely communication and effective management.
Financial Management: Execute accounts payable and receivable processes, perform bookkeeping entries, and prepare monthly financial reports and analysis.
Technology and Innovation: Embrace new technologies to optimize client solutions and support process improvements.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and one-on-one check-ins to align on goals and foster a collaborative virtual environment.
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with at least 5 years of full-cycle accounting experience.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with QuickBooks or NetSuite, along with a track record in transactional accounting.
Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships while adhering to established processes and budgets.
Commitment to Excellence: Passion for delighting clients and driving business success while maintaining confidentiality.
