Duties:
Overseeing accounts payables, accounts receivables, general ledger, and financial reporting
Ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reporting by implementing and maintaining internal control systems.
Managing and maintain fixed assets, accurate capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets such as consolidations and eliminations.
Lead month end and year end close process and ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Handling investor reporting, preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Management of development projects, including budgets and variance analysis.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field of study
5+ year of experience in commercial, fund, investment, or construction accounting preferred
Excellent organizational and communication skills is a must
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
