As an Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in the accounting team, reporting directly to the Controller. This position arises from the recent departure of our Assistant Controller, prompting a revamp of our team structure. You will collaborate closely with our CFO, Controller, AP team, GL accountants, credit/collections staff, and billing team to ensure accurate financial reporting and process improvements.
Job Title: Senior Accountant/Staff Accountant
Location: Fully on-site in-office
Compensation: $80,000 to $92,000 annually

Responsibilities:
Perform intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
Investigate historical financial records to identify and rectify errors and inconsistencies.
Prepare full financial statements.
Engage in full cycle financial statement creation.
Utilize strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) for various accounting tasks.
Drive process improvement initiatives.
Maintain high-degree confidentiality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating full cycle financial statements.
Expertise in intercompany consolidations and eliminations.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Prior experience in process improvement.
Familiarity with construction and restoration industries.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
