Prepares various monthly management and director’s reports
Prepares various monthly journal entries
Reconciles various general ledger accounts
Reviews general ledger activity and prepares budget variance analysis
Assists banks with budget preparations
Assists banks with accounting issues (questions, research, procedures, etc.)
Assists in training new bank personnel on BancFirst accounting procedures
Writes procedures as needed
Performs other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements
Accounting Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Macros preferred, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Detail oriented
Good organizational skills
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Must work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude
Critical thinking, reasoning, and problem solving skills
Must be self-motivated
Demonstrated good attendance and punctuality
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Banking or accounting experience
Physical Requirements
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
