We are looking for an Account Supervisor with experience leading team members and client engagements to join our PR and Social Media team. The Account Supervisor should be both a leader and a doer. Specifically, you will be the primary point of contact for several PR clients, driving all strategies and tactics, anticipating challenges, troubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, offering counsel, and ensuring deadline and budget adherence.

Job ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong client relationships and lead client engagements as the day-to-day strategic counselorOversee all aspects of integrated communications programs and manage the development and implementation of PR programs to ensure overall client successManage teams assigned to clients and ensure programs delivered on time and on budgetProactively monitor news on behalf of clients and recommend competitive strategiesWrite engaging pitches and lead media outreach to digital and traditional media, trade and mainstreamBuild and maintain social communities for clients, including monitoring trends and themes for an integrated approach to PR and social mediaConduct comprehensive analysis and report on success metricsSuccessfully collaborate with creative and cross-functional staff including account managers, digital campaign managers, graphic designers and videographersCreate well-written and inspiring copy to support PR initiatives as well as broader agency projectsManage and track hours to client contracts to ensure agency profitabilityPlay a key role in the agency's new business development from the development and presentation of new business proposals to agency thought leadership and visibility activitiesRequirements

BS degree in PR, English, journalism, communications or relevant field preferredMinimum of 5 years experience working at an agency, consulting firm or in the field of PRStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions independentlyStrong project management, time management, and organizational skillsFlexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course when the need arisesPassionate about building and expanding client relationshipsSkilled PR leader who can manage all aspects of client campaignsExperienced in media relations including a demonstrated history of success in securing client coverageStrong writer who can develop content for clients in a wide range of industriesDemonstrated initiative, solid judgment and creativityComfortable working on multiple projects in a fast-paced, timeline driven environmentArmanino LLP provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. We are required employers to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings in California, Colorado, and New York. Compensation Range for this position: $75,000 - $85,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
