Account Supervisor (New Business)
***US Remote role - candidates MUST be based in either New York, New Jersey, Georgia or Florida - EST work hours***
Overview
Our client, a well-known social media advertising agency, is seeking an Account Supervisor to focus on managing all inbound new business inquiries. Reporting to the EVP of Growth and Account Management, you will work closely with senior leadership and collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Data & Insights, and Operations teams. You will be responsible for responding to new business inquiries, including pitch RFP responses, agency capabilities, pricing, and service model recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by leading the pitch process and managing deliverables from initial requests to final submissions.
- Collaborating with agency leads to develop business growth strategies and cross-capability RFP responses.
- Craft a consistent agency narrative segmented by category, vertical, or service line offering.
- Assist in client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions to the account team.
- Oversee new business operations, including pipeline management, project management standards, and key metric tracking.
- Meet or exceed set revenue growth targets.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in delivering RFI/RFP and new business capability responses.
- Enhance new business conversion performance by monitoring key metrics.
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in the creative agency industry as a new business or account management leader.
- Proven experience in running agency pitches and processes or leading high-profile client relationships.
- Expertise in crafting compelling storylines and excellent deck writing and presentation skills.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and aligning them to work cohesively.
- Passion for creating and enforcing clear project management plans for timely service delivery.
