I am seeking an Account Supervisor for one of my long-standing global agency partners, who focus on market access and patient communications. This will be a remote role with client travel.
Responsibilities:
Day to day account lead on several key accounts
Develops a strong partnership with clients through executional excellence
Financial responsibilities including budgeting, SOWS, billability
Develop innovative programs for clients and expand the existing programs
Ensure activities on behalf of clients are executed within budget estimates
New business responsibilities such as identifying opportunities to develop additional business from existing clients as well as attract new clients, writing proposals for new business presentations
Plan the strategic approach and develop a cost budget by task for each project/account
Develop, lead and guide direct reports
Provide regular and direct feedback to staff regarding their performance to promote morale and enthusiasm
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross functionally to assure project excellence
Skills:
Minimum of 5 years agency' experience in client services, with a focus on patient and access
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree preferred or will consider related experience
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Communication is vital)
Working with other departments to stream processes to allow for efficient timeline
Ability to travel 25%
