Account Supervisor, Digital Health

Proclinical is seeking a dedicated Account Supervisor with a keen interest in digital communication strategies to join our health practice. The ideal candidate will be able to lead client teams in deploying social media campaigns and stay at the forefront of innovative communication strategies. We are looking for collaborative, ambitious individuals who are eager to grow as well-rounded communication professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with team members to develop digital communication strategies.
• Research and understand key audience segments and data.
• Develop digital content for specific audiences on paid and owned channels.
• Leverage content performance insights to inform editorial planning and content execution.
• Understand complex issues and distill them for audiences with varying levels of subject matter expertise.
• Act as the day-to-day leader on client accounts.
• Participate in business development as needed.
• Work with in-house creative and web teams to leverage digital media channels with shareable content.
• Manage large and complex projects including establishing and maintaining timelines and ensuring quality assurance of all client deliverables.
• Act as a strategic partner to help accomplish the client's goals.
• Coach and mentor staff and stay up-to-date on client dynamics, positions and messaging, as well as relevant conditions in the external environment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline preferred.
• Previous account and/or client management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in digital media trends, strategies and best practices.
• Strong research, analysis, and editing skills; ability to understand and explain complex policy issues in an easily-digestible way.
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to continually improve.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while independently managing projects.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and issues.
