Location: Atlanta (Midtown) 30361

Remote: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

Reports To: VP of Client Services

Most Important Responsibilities:

• Acting as the primary contact for assigned clients
• Providing strategic insight to help clients meet their business goals
• Running kickoffs, status meetings, responding to requests, overseeing deliverables
• Maintaining deep insight into your accounts’ goals, industry trends, and products
• Developing tactics to improve workflow efficiencies and drive more traffic to assets
• Creating project scopes and deliverables, managing budgets and SOWs
• Leading quarterly and annual planning initiatives for your accounts

What you can bring to the table to impact this role, team, and organization:

• 5 - 8 years of experience in an agency, as an account manager or project manager
• Digital expert who is always keeping up to date with advertising channels and best practices
• Experience building relationships with clients, understanding their needs and goals
• Experience overseeing website design and development projects
• Understanding of social, web, mobile, CRM, CMS, marketing campaigns, and more
