Summary of Position: The Account Supervisor position is responsible for leading and inspiring their team of project managers. The Account Supervisor is a self-motivator who is creative and passionate in maintaining a client gameplan focused on relationship advocacy, business retention efforts, and growth. The ideal candidate is able to work with clients to uncover their business needs and objectives and work to bring solutions and new ideas to meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities And Attributes

  • Responsible for executional excellence and strong metric performance for yourself & team including: growth, customer-satisfaction, cost savings, error reduction, retention, and innovation
  • Stay abreast of your client’s presence in the market as well as their competitors. Understand clients’ values and initiatives and bring them to life
  • Consult and recommend marketing solutions to clients by continually researching the latest industry trends and opportunities
  • Seek new business opportunities and find innovative solutions for current clients
  • Research, learn and grow with the ever-changing marketing landscape, not limited to sweepstakes, consumer rewards, mobile rebates, influencer marketing, augmented reality, metaverse, and voice activation
  • Build strong relationships with your individual team members and adopt a servant leadership approach
  • Develop your team with bi-weekly individual meetings, focusing on company-wide and individual goals
  • Manage workload distribution on your team: continually reviewing and evaluating the structure and modifying as needed

Knowledge/Skills Preferred

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 3-5 years of experience in the marketing industry and a 4-year bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Ability to do intermediate-level math (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages)
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel and typing skills should be a minimum of 55 wpm
  • Ability to lead a team and utilize your team members strengths and delegate tasks as appropriate
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with the rapidly evolving marketing landscape

Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
