Job Overview

DiD is growing! We're looking for an Account Supervisor strong agency experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with various internal team members to push boundaries and serve as a point of contact for the client.

  • Manages client expectations throughout project lifecyle
  • Helps manage overall strategic marketing direction
  • Able to assist with writing a brief with Creative and Strategy – i.e. establish business plan, target analysis
  • Comfortable presenting solutions and leveraging strategy for validation
  • Confident working independently and beginning to lead teams and/or manage junior-level team members
  • Holds strong, persuasive presentation and communication skills
  • Has the ability to provide higher-level oversight of projects, with bigger picture of client business direction in mind
  • Understands client direction and focus
  • Confident developing a deep rapport with the client; getting to know the people at a greater level
  • Applies knowledge and understanding of the client in working with project management to determine the best process or course of action
  • Serves as the balance point between internal team and the client
  • Signifigant experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field required
  • Experience within a pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing environment highly preferred
  • Excellent marketing, strategy, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
  • Demonstrated initiative as a self-starter
