The Agency, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Account Payable Specialist for a metal fabricator business in Randleman:
Job Duties and Requirements:
will match packing slips to purchase orders and then reconcile all paperwork and invoices
must be accurate and efficient with data entry
must be proficient with EXCEL spreadsheets and Quickbooks experience is a plus
must have solid math and typing skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn company processes
High School Diploma and Associates Degree is required
This position is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and pay is based on experience. It is a temporary position that will result in permanent placement for the right candidate!
