Account Manager- Supply Chain Managed Services -- Remote | WFH

What You'll Do

Build Relationships: Develop strong, value-added relationships with key senior business and functional leaders within client organizations.

Be a Trusted Advisor: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Deliver Value: Use data analytics, process engineering, and continuous improvement to provide industry best practices and enhance client operations.

Coordinate Success: Serve as the "general manager," coordinating various departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions that exceed client expectations.

Lead Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related matters.

Drive Growth: Identify and develop revenue growth opportunities within the client base and close new business deals.

Forecast and Achieve Targets: Accurately forecast and meet or exceed client revenue targets.

Improve ROI: Leverage your experience to identify strategies and develop plans to improve client Return-on-Investment (ROI).

Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.

Communicate Progress: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.

Manage Issues: Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

What We're Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in service or operations delivery and at least 2 years in Supply Chain operations.

Preferred Background: Experience in outsourcing (BPO), especially in customer support, order management, warehouse, and/or logistics processes. Telecommunications and/or cable industry experience is a plus. Management consulting experience is also preferred.

Professional Skills

Proven networking abilities with client organizations and identifying business opportunities.

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Experience in developing and delivering business cases and demonstrating ROI.

Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.

Ability to interpret data and present results confidently.

Strong project management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

California: $93,400 to $258,500

Colorado: $93,400 to $223,300

District of Columbia: $99,500 to $237,800

New York: $86,500 to $258,500

Maryland: $86,500 to $206,800

Washington: $99,500 to $237,800
