Account Manager- Grocery Retail Merchandising

This is a part-time position with a full wage range of $19.71 - $30.43 per hour with eligibility for a quarterly bonus. Starting wage is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location and experience. Our ideal location for a candidate to reside is in the Minneapolis, MN area and the target hiring range is $19.71 - $25.00 per hour .

Who We Are

We partner with brands in the natural/organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence.

Your Responsibilities

• You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 brands in the Organic/Natural Food and Beverage industry, such as: Olipop, Chocolove and RX Bar.

• You will work 27-29 hours per week, 4-5 days a week, working Monday through Friday starting between 5am-7am (days are flexible).
• You will be in cha rge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store v isits to Whole Foods Market, Natural Grocers and Central Market locations in Maple Grove, Minnetonka Lake Calhoun, Edina Hennepin, and St. Paul Woodbury . Locations are subject to c hange based on the needs of the business .
• You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:
• Build relationships with retail leaders to promote brands during weekly visits.
• Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
• Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
• Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
• Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
