That is, We are looking for a smart, driven Account Manager to work with medical groups, hospitals and health systems to create, implement, and scale their Chronic Care Management (CCM) programs. In this role, you will achieve target levels of revenue growth by ensuring implementation, utilization and satisfaction with Phamily’s services. Specifically, you will:


  • Drive adoption and ongoing utilization of, as well as impact and satisfaction with Phamily’s technology and services for a defined book of business including health systems, hospitals, ACOs, large independent physician groups and medical practices.
  • Drive executive, physician and care manager relationships, engagement and buy-in to help grow Phamily programs (and revenue) through virtual meetings and some in-person visits to large and/or strategic practices.
  • Align with clients on goals, how they’ll be measured, and how Phamily can help meet those metrics.
  • Analyze and interpret data to prepare for and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients that expose value, make targeted recommendations to improve performance, and surface opportunities to grow.
  • Conduct regular account planning sessions with Account Executives, Customer Success Associates and Executive Leadership.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams like Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product Sales to advocate for customers, submit feedback, and improve the product.
  • Create and refine internal and customer-facing content.

  • Experienced success in a fast-paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations.

To be qualified for this role, you will have:

  • Success in SaaS account management or sales with a track record of consistently driving significant commercial growth in a book of business by rolling up your sleeves, creating ways for our customers to meet their goals and continuously seek opportunities to drive revenue growth and expose value.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.) You can understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, which requires knowledge or the quick mastery of sales and marketing software tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience.
  • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team with a willingness to travel to develop and cultivate accounts, as well as to team meetings & offsites, which could be up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience with SaaS account management or sales background is preferred.
