Account Manager

OTTO Quotes has an immediate opening for an Account Manager to join our growing team. The right candidate is customer service focused, detail oriented, well organized, self-motivating and personable. Knowledge of digital media, account management or business development in the lead generation space required.

Job functions:

• Provide day to day support and escalation to upper management
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement while providing insights and recommendations to optimize client strategies.
• Continuously assess and refine strategies based on performance and feedback.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities by conducting market research to identify new opportunities.
• Serve as an advocate for client/prospective client needs and collaborate with other team members to offer solutions to clients and ensure satisfaction
