Engtal is working with a global Learning and Development SaaS Startup. They are fast growing and in need of an Account Manager on their team. They want this Account Manager to work with businesses with 1,000-5,000 employees.
Role –
This is an Account Manager role reporting into the VP of CS
Supporting accounts of 1,000-5,000 employees
High touch/hands on relationship management for 15-20 accounts
Ideally have supported midmarket & enterprise level accounts in the past
This is not a transactional role so ideally someone that has carried a similar book of business is ideal (10-20 accounts)
Grow accounts by 30% YoY
Handle renewals and upsells
AOV for midmarket is $60K
Person – Essential skills –
3-5 years of Account Management in SaaS
Complex sales experience
Knowledge of HR tech/HR buyers
