Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in the United States)

Compensation: $50K-$70K + Commissions


Work Hours (FULL TIME):

·        Option 1: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST

·        Option 2: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

What We Are Seeking:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager who excels at building strong client relationships and delivering customized solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of negotiating contracts and closing deals and thrives in a dynamic environment where they can manage multiple projects simultaneously.


The successful candidate will be proficient with CRM tools, such as Salesforce and have strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, and be able to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

·        Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

·        Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

·        Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

·        Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

·        Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.

·        Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

·        Prepare reports on account status.

·        Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities.

·        Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.


Required Skills/Abilities:

·        Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a relevant role.

·        Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

·        Solid experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and MS Office

·        Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

·        Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

·        Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·        Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

·        BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
