Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sales (Hunter)

Roles Introduction

  • As a Sales Leader you will drive Mind sprint's Growth by focusing on business development, and new accounts opening in a defined region .
  • The role will come with a target for the number of accounts opened in a year. This number will be decided with the Head of Sales.
  • This is a self-starter role, someone who has the drive as an entrepreneur.

The Ideal Candidate for this Role Should Have

  • A proven track record of successful sales and business development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and influence their buying decisions.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
