ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (NORTH AMERICA)


Arrangement: Remote

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 USD

Commission Structure: $30,000/ year at target for new sales. With additional trailing and upgrade commission structures.

About this role…

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Offshore Accounting Services through partnering with accounting firms. This role is provided leads mainly generated from Marketing channels with some outbound activity to drive sales. You will enable the growth of accounting firms by providing scalable global workforce solutions. Part of your scope will be focused on:


GROWTH

  • Relationships: Quickly and effectively demonstrate rapport with prospective clients, providing an impressive first impression of the company.
  • Solutions: Demonstrate solutions to prospect clients by effectively communicating TOA Global solutions.
  • Customer Experience: Respond to requests with urgency to reduce downtime in the sales cycle.
  • Conferences / Events: Represent the company at conferences and events to generate Business Qualified Leads (BQLs). Create follow-up plan to transform BQLs into sales


REPORTING

  • Documentation: Routinely update Sales CRM system to keep reporting updated in real time.
  • Processes: Keep detailed notes of all client interactions throughout the day to ensure client lifecycle is current.
  • Accuracy: Attention to detail in reporting to ensure other departments have clear direction on how to proceed with the client lifecycle.


STRATEGY

  • Resources: Utilize all departments and resources available in order to help drive sales.
  • Pipeline: Actively manage prospect pipeline to close business.
  • Accountability: Track and report on progress towards performance targets


About you…

  • 4+ years’ of Sales experience.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive with a proactive sales approach.
  • Swift and efficient acquisition of new systems and technologies.
  • Customer-focused solutions with strong communication skills.
  • Exemplary attention to detail and organizational proficiency.
  • Proactively generate sales within prospective accounts.
  • Strong time management skills for handling competing priorities.
  • Pragmatic approach, sense of urgency, goal orientation, and a drive to achieve.
  • Inherent desire for continuous learning and adeptness at quickly mastering new tasks.
  • Dedication to a strong work ethic and collaborative team focus.
