About the role

Entrupy is seeking a full-time Account Executive (AE) who will play a key role in driving growth and revenue for our company. Join our team and take charge of your career. Reports to: Head of Sales & Marketing

Location: Remote, US

What You'll Do:

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the US and across the North American region and build long-term trusting relationships with customers.
  • Develop and implement new business development and go-to-market strategies in the US.
  • Work with internal resources to create and manage a scalable prospecting structure - including template creation, account and contact targeting, testing, and scale.
  • Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
  • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met.
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional team members to optimize processes, systems, messaging, and alignment strategies.
  • Drive cross-functional relationships, especially across large and complex environments.
  • Utilize data and insights to provide thought leadership on repeatable and scalable recommendations for future partnership development.
  • Community-building activities to enable deeper engagement with the ecosystem across events, conferences, and other initiatives.

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of business development or partnership experience.
  • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proficiency in GoogleSuite Products (Google Analytics, Google Sheets).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate and create innovative solutions to solve difficult challenges.
  • Ability to successfully leverage partnerships to achieve strong business results.

Salary Range - $120,000 - $140,000 OTE

This is an exempt salaried position. The OTE for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000, depending on skills and experience. We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on several factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. Based on these factors, we expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
