Account Executive - IT

With our headquarters located in Chandler, AZ, we provide highly skilled IT consulting and we are a comprehensive service provider. Our core competencies are consulting for hardware and software, procurement, networking, managed services, telecom.

Being a hybrid VAR and MSP, we are able to offer comprehensive solutions to larege firms in addition to providing comprehensive IT support for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Remote position

$75-$85k/base salary, plus commission, OTE $110-$145k+ first year

Position Overview

An Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for an organization by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, specifically in the managed services provider (MSP) industry. This role requires a combination of sales skills and technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of IT and cyber security.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the MSP industry
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate contract agreements and pricing with clients
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  
  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Prior experience as an Account Executive or in a sales role, preferably in the MSP industry
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of IT and managed services, with a strong understanding of cyber security
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
  

It would be a plus if candidates possess experience in IT or managed services, or have certifications in cyber security.
