We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Business Development to assist team members with on engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members and driving sales & business development – playing a major part in the continued growth of the WNBA.

Ability to transit throughout the arena for long periods of time. This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is S-Sedentary Work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Must be able to carry on a conversation both on the phone and in-person. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive, Business Development to assist team members with on engaging, servicing, and renewing Phoenix Mercury season ticket members and driving sales & business development – playing a major part in the continued growth of the WNBA.
What You Will Do
- Making outbound calls, emails, and messages to current clients and potential prospects
- Work gamedays and member and new sales events.
- Scheduling and completing face to face appointments in arena and across the Phoenix metro area.
- Facilitate game day activities and fan experiences.
- Coordinate group planning and team meetings.
- Generate leads via prospecting, networking, or connecting with referrals.
- Schedule and complete face to face appointments
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
- Passion about generating leads and networking.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- High school diploma or GED
- Preferred or ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of sports sales experience.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems, such as Archtics are preferred, but not required.
