As we expand our operations, we are seeking EXPERIENCED SALES PROFESSIONALS to focus on our current and NEW business lines in the Industrial Services, Emergency Response, Oil/Gas, Hazardous Waste/Chemicals, Railroad, and Epoxy/Sandblasting/Painting industries! This is a true B2B Sales position – selling a SERVICE vs a PRODUCT.

Summary

As a Sales Development Representative you will “be the face” of our company - offering exceptional sales & customer service to our growing client list! As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to generate new business and build relationships with current customers. Sales goals will be clearly defined in a separate annual Plan Budget Document. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the scheduling of vendors/clients, managing the sales process and overall success from initial point-of-contact to final sale, and beyond. You will also conduct client meetings and manage the day-to-day sales and customer experience.

Key Functions

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the industrial services market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored service solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively communicating the benefits and value of our services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs, regularly reporting on sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MUST have at least 5 years’ B2B Sales experience (selling a service vs. a product)
  • Must have experience in the Oil & Gas industries (Chemicals, Ethanol, Refineries, Waste Disposal, Tank Services, etc.) Minimum of 2 years.
  • Environmental & Industrial Services, Waste Management, and 24/7 Emergency Response Services Sales Experience preferred.
  • Sales & Lead Generation skills. Minimum of 2 years.
  • Demonstrated success in selling service-based solutions, with a proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes and the ability to translate technical information into compelling value propositions.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • This is a hybrid role, where are you are primarily work-from-home and meet with the Sales Team on a weekly basis out of the Forest Lake office!
