Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join
our team in Hopewell, NJ.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic,
excellent communication skills, a proven track record of generating leads and
closing sales, and an aptitude for technical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM software is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through proactive outreach and networking within the
water well industry.
Handle incoming leads promptly and professionally, converting inquiries
into sales opportunities.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing
ongoing support and assistance.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market
penetration and expanding our customer base.
Utilize Pipedrive or similar CRM software to manage and track sales
activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, ideally within the water well industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-
oriented mindset.
Aptitude for technical, plumbing, and electrical knowledge.
Proficiency in using Pipedrive or similar CRM software is considered a plus.
Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
