Position Overview
The Account Executive position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, service-oriented individual maintaining and building professional relationships with Vitu clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for using their domain knowledge, customer service, and communication skills in a variety of ways.
Responsibilities
The Account Executive will interact intimately with all levels of automotive dealership and banking personnel and must feel comfortable and confident in doing so
Familiarity with the Automotive and Banking Industry will not be necessary but will be helpful for this position
Delivering exceptional customer service and managing relationships is also key to the success of the right candidate
The right candidate must simultaneously be a customer advocate, compliance resource, and source of support for topics ranging from simple to complex
Demonstrating proficiency, active listening, and a willingness to learn builds trust with our customers
Earned trust, with excellent customer service results in a strong business relationship
The right candidate for the position in this environment further exposes themselves to learning more in-depth knowledge about the Montana automotive space
Prospect and Sell Products & Services associated with the Vitu solution. Establish account contacts, develop relationships with prospects and recommend appropriate solutions
Installation and training new clients on the Vitu solution
Maintain Client Relationships. Provide support, on-going training, technical information and account management. Research and recommend new solutions, product and service improvements
Preparation, Submission, Presentation of Proposals / Solutions. Assure all proposals and scope of work are submitted accurately and in a timely manner to future customers
Maintain Account Records. Responsible for input of client information, sales activity, required forms, proposals, and communication in NetSuite
Contribute to the Team. Attend all team meetings and functions, including training sessions, DMV meetings, and marketing events
Works Well with others. Able to successfully engage with all members of the Montana Vitu team
Desired Qualifications
The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, training, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Someone who is self-motivated, goal oriented, positive and has a great attitude. A clean driving record and current driver’s license is required.
Outside business-to-business sales experience is preferred, but not required
Automotive Industry knowledge is a plus
Banking Experience is a plus
Montana DMV Registration and Titling knowledge is a plus
Must be creative and able to offer suggestions on how to achieve desired results
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Must be a team player, self-motivated, and career oriented, with a desire to contribute to the growth of the company
Maintain an awareness of business-related trends in the industry
Ability to effectively communicate with management
Excellent time management skills
Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently
Willing to travel throughout the state of Montana
