Account Executive

Union Square Media has an immediate opening for an Account Executive to join our growing team. The right candidate is customer service focused, detail oriented, well organized, self-motivating and personable. Candidates must have experience managing high volume advertiser accounts in the performance marketing space.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for the mangement of consumer-based advertiser accounts – specifically, developing marketing campaigns for companies either selling products or generating leads for services on a performance (CPA/CPL) basis. Candidate should have at least two years experience as an account representative in a sales capacity in digital media. The ideal candidate is a team player and expected to be adept at prospecting, negotiating, and managing accounts in a high-paced but fun environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with advertisers and servicing accounts and campaigns
• Work with our internal media buying teams on campaign set up, tracking, analysis, and budgeting
• Track campaign performance through the publisher network and internal properties
• Communicate effectively with affiliate managers and advertising clients in order to proactively service their needs and the needs of the publisher partners

Desired Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience working as an account executive/account manager in a sales capacity at a digital media agency
• Strong understanding of performance marketing
• Strong aptitude with MS Office products including Excel and Power Point.
