THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client is a rapidly growing startup who is poised for phenomenal growth in their industry. Their highly-intelligent SaaS platform/CRM allows product teams to conduct UX research exponentially easier. They have solved a real problem facing other software-based companies and have brought on very notable accounts! As one of their early members of the Account Executive team, you'll work closely with leadership to strategize the sales roadmap!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Target MM and Enterprise organizations
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by keeping momentum in every step of the process with a well-designed plan for success.
  • Evangelize the company in the community and your network, serving as a brand ambassador with clear, concise communication about the platform’s value proposition.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market, competition, and identifying potential sales opportunities.
  • Run full-cycle sales, prioritizing pipeline growth and driving leads to a close.
  • Lead presentations to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Build and share learnings to help increase the efficiency of the sales process.
  • Act as a voice of the customer, providing critical feedback to Marketing, Design, and Engineering.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying, full cycle sales role.
  • Ideally you have 3+ years of experience selling into enterprise accounts with the ability to influence and manage multiple decision makers.
  • Prior sales experience at a startup, required
  • SaaS sales experience is a requirement.
  • Must be a hunter with experience getting net new business!
  • Demonstrated record of consistently hitting/exceeding quota in previous roles.
  • Prior experience in the UXR space or selling to Heads of Product, Research, or Design, preferred
  • Experienced and comfortable selling to C-Suite and VP’s at the mid-market and enterprise level.
  • Exceptional communication skills via email, text, presentations, and proposals with the ability to articulate impact with brevity.
  • Optimistic and gracious outlook while maintaining a competitive mindset
  • Passionate about User Research — you understand that continuously talking to users is how great products are built. You’ll empathize with clients, understand their problems, and relentlessly seek to solve them.
  • A team player — you focus on shared learnings, and can collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the organization has clarity on desired outcomes for customers.
  • Have a winners mindset — always looking for ways to win opportunities through creative but practical approaches.
  • Love startups — you are comfortable in and energized by a fast-paced startup environment.

Location:

Preferred location is in the Northeast as this is a remote role with in-person team strategy sessions in their NYC office or with the VP of Sales in Boston. However, candidates who are located elsewhere and meet the criteria above are also encouraged to apply.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Salary: $110k-$125k base, OTE $220- $250k (Compensation level is commensurate with experience) + equity!
