Account Executive

ComplyAuto is a RegTech company offering cloud-based software that helps companies enhance their compliance and security capabilities while becoming more efficient and cost-effective. ComplyAuto manages and automates compliance decisions, performing tasks that would normally require manually-intensive processes and human intelligence.

ComplyAuto began as a privacy compliance company for automotive dealers, but has quickly expanded into other verticals and compliance areas including cybersecurity, EHS (environmental, health, and safety), and legal compliance.

Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year with commissions. Base salary: $75,000

Responsibilities

The Account Executive will identify and engage with new potential clients through various forms. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships, holding an understanding of our products/services, and an understanding of the changing industry needs. This is a technical role requiring a deep understanding of prodcuts/services, and navigating technical aspects of our products with clients. Our Account Executive will be working closely with selling Saas to automotive dealerships, experience working with Saas and the automotive industry/dealerships is preferred.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through active communication and follow-up.
  • Ability to present technical information virtually as needed to clients to show our products, features, and benefits
  • Meet and/or exceed sales goals set by our team. Ability to comfortably negotiate terms and conditions with clients while maintaining a healthy relationship.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management in Hubspot
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be located in one of the following states: ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, WI, IA, IL, MO, AR, or LA
  • At least 6 years of technical experience in sales, with a focus of selling Saas to the Automotive Industry/dealerships or compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone written communication. Comfortable with negotiations and various selling strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and clients needs
  • Ability to meet regular attendance expectations and meet tight deliverables deadlines
  • Familiarity CRM tools with Google Suit and/or Google Sheets/Excel
  • Documented Success, i.e President's Award or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI or compliance SAAS experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience with Hubspot
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment
  • 1 to 2 years prior experience selling Saas to automotive dealers
  • Associate degree in business, or a related field preferred

This is a fully remote opportunity, however, candidates must reside in the Continental United States and hiring preference is given to candidates who do not reside in California, Hawaii, or Alaska.
