Royal Media is seeking an innovative, driven, goal-oriented, sales professional to join our sales team. This position would report directly to our COO.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities;
Sell advertising and marketing products to a portfolio of existing clients;
Maintain a high level of attention to detail managing all respective sales activities within Royal’s CRM;
Assist with development of sales marketing materials and presentations;
The account executive will possess the following strengths:
Be passionate about sales and our products
Drive and tenacity to close sales and meet sales targets;
Superb communication skills;
Highly organized, able to work independently and, most importantly, be self-motivated -- we are looking for sales professionals that proactively pursue sales, rather than just sit back and wait for things to happen;
Excellent relationship management to leverage the established base of clients to maintain and improve ROI;
Ability to collaborate with management and take direction
Most importantly maintain a positive can-do attitude
ABOUT BENEFITS: The position comes with a salary and commission-based compensation, health/dental/vision coverage, 401k with company match, unlimited paid vacation/personal time, and a pleasant, but professional, work environment.
Salary: $100,000-$120,000 annual OTE
