About the role:

We are looking for a smart, driven Account Executive to identify and contract with quality-oriented medical practices, medical groups, hospitals and health systems that want to grow. You will act as a subject matter expert helping prospective clients understand how proactive care management will drive their financial & quality outcomes. Ideal candidates are driven to make a difference at scale and have experience with fast-moving, young company environments.

Things change quickly and frequently here, so we need someone who is at the top of their game and can shift gears, alter direction, and keep going at pace. You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that both meet the current moment and contemplate the future and then implement them. Customer service and business savvy come into play here, and we all use them daily. No matter your job level, you will own your work from beginning to end, take feedback well, prioritize what matters, never rest on your laurels, stay positive and resilient, and make data-driven decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Own Your Sales Territory completely and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals: from inbound and outbound prospecting, through the various stages of the sale, to successful close.
  • Engage in ROI & patient quality-focused sale of the Phamily solution to growth & profitability-oriented medical groups, hospitals and health systems that want to take patient care to the next level.
  • Develop a growth roadmap, financial model, and implementation commitments for each prospective customer you close to ensure clear goals and expectations.
  • Engage in multi-level selling and relationship development pre and post-closing with client and Phamily leadership, Account and Growth Managers, to ensure ongoing adoption and success.
  • Act as an internal champion and voice of the customer, advocating internally for product evolution driven by the needs of prospects/customers and the broader market.

To be qualified to work at Phamily, you will have:

  • Experienced success working in a fast-paced VC/PE-backed early-stage company with high expectations.
  • An ownership mentality – you do what you say you will do and do what needs to be done, taking full responsibility for the success of your work.
  • Experience as a creative problem solver, using all available resources when tackling an issue or obstacle.
  • Curiosity (intellectual, emotional and social) and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

To be qualified for this role, you will have:

  • Success in complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS sales with a track record of consistently delivering quarterly and annual revenue, growth and customer satisfaction and retention goals by rolling up your sleeves, doing your own prospecting and developing your own book of business.
  • Proven success navigating complex organizations through your honed ability to discern organizational dynamics, identify key players, ask probing questions and have the tough conversations that enable us to surface and address issues and successfully handle objections.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.) You can understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner, which requires PowerPoint proficiency and a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience.
  • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team with a willingness to travel to clients frequently, as well as to team meetings & offsites, which could be up to 50% of the time.
  • Experience selling health-tech Saas solutions to clinicians is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • High Earning Potential: Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus attractive OTE opportunities.
  • Equity: High performers also have the potential to earn options at Phamily.
  • Work/Life Flow: Flexible vacation and remote work policy.
  • Benefits: Health insurance covered for both you and your legal dependents, competitive plans for Dental/Vision and daycare FSA. Company 401K matching at 6-month mark.

If you take pride in delivering results, embrace challenges, and proactively seek improvement then this is the place for you. You will be part of a smart, self-aware, humble team dedicated to improving healthcare.
